DELIVERY

Wigleyworm products are sold in the UK and Australia.

It is the buyers responsibility to provide Wigleyworm with correct up-to-date information.

All items will be shipped directly from either the UK and Australia warehouse.

When orders are placed through Paypal, the delivery address must be correct and up-to-date within Paypal.

Wigleyworm will use your Paypal details for billing and delivery.

If you wish your gift to go elsewhere, or be delivered as a gift to a recipient, you must get in touch with Wigleyworm as soon as the order is placed.

If this does not occur, Wigleyworm will not be held responsible if the item is delivered to the incorrect address.

RETURNS

Should you decide that you are not satisfied with your order you must notify Wigleyworm by e-mail within seven working days from date of delivery that it is your intention to cancel your order and that you are returning the goods.

All refunds will occur through Paypal.

Please remember to include your name, address, telephone number and reference to ensure that your refund is dealt with as quickly as possible.

It is always in the customers interest to retain proof of postage as they are responsible for the goods until they arrive with us.
